Robert X. Amir-Rashad is the founder of Blue Shark Digital Ventures, a veteran-owned AI consulting and automation firm serving small and mid-sized businesses across the Atlanta metro area. He brings a rare combination of deep technical training and business leadership: a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Florida State University and an MBA from Concordia University — both earned Magna Cum Laude.
That dual foundation lets Robert bridge the gap most firms can't. He understands the technology at an engineering level and the business case at an executive one, so every solution is built to produce measurable results — not just impressive demos.
Before his career in technology, Robert served as a Combat Search and Rescue operator in the United States Navy, deploying in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. The discipline, precision, and mission-first mindset from his service carry into every client engagement.
With more than 15 years in the technology sector across Florida and Georgia, Robert founded Blue Shark Digital Ventures to make practical AI accessible to the businesses that need it most — strategy first, implementation second, measurable ROI always.
Originally from St. Petersburg, Florida, Robert now calls the Atlanta area home.
